Description: Pleasure is their ultimate weapon . . .

Runa Wagner never meant to fall in love with the sexy stranger who seemed to know her every deepest desire. But she couldn't resist the unbelievable passion that burned between them, a passion that died when she discovered his betrayal and found herself forever changed. Now, determined to make Shade pay for the transformation that haunts her, Runa searches for him, only to be taken prisoner by his darkest enemy.
A Seminus Demon with a love-curse that threatens him with eternal torment, Shade hoped he'd seen the last of Runa and her irresistible charm. But when he wakes up in a dank dungeon chained next to an enraged and mysteriously powerful Runa, he realizes that her effect on him is more dangerous than ever.
As their captor casts a spell that bonds them as lifemates, Shade and Runa must fight for their lives and their hearts-or succumb to a madman's evil plans.

Shade thought it was bad when he woke up in chained to a wall in a dungeon next to his ex lover turned werewolf Runa. But he would of never imagined that his assumed dead brother Roag was not only behind his kidnapping but also behind the black market operation of selling demon parts. Unknown to the other brothers, Roag knows that Wraith set his death up, and he intends not only to make Wraith pay but Shade and Eidolon pay as well.

Shade does his best to push Runa away from him, when they had dated and even so more now. He is cursed and once he falls in love he will slowly start to fade away till he's completely invisible. Once they escape he refuses to let Runa out of his sight. He soon realizes that he can't outrun love for very long...

I loved the first book in the series, but I was a little disappointed in this one. I was much more interested in the side plots going on than the actual main story. I was heartbroken that Shade's half sister was killed in this book. I wanted to see more of her. And of course I love the brother's relationship with each other more than anything else.

I wasn't too impress with Shade. I thought he was a complete asshole most of the time, even though he had a very good reason to be. But I was expecting a little more from the romance in the book.

Overall the book was great. And I can't wait to see more of the brothers.

Rating: 4/5
